Happy valley Tea Estate is located only 3 km away from Chowk Bazar. A great and charming experience while you walking through a tea garden. You will get to see the actual process of tea manufacturing in Happy Valley Tea Estate.

Chowrasta is the heart of Darjeeling town. It surrounded by shops, restaurants and pony ride. You will find here the famous Oxford Book (One of the Best book stall in Darjeeling) and Habeeb Mullick (A store, selling artwork, Curies and others interesting items). There are many Monasteries but Aloobari Gompa is famous of them. Aloobari Gompa(also known as Mak Drong Gompa) is loacted about 3km from the main city of Darjeeling. In Aloobari Gompa you will see Tibetan and Sikkimese monks.

By Air : Connected by Air from all Indian Airport to reach at Bagdogra Airport, Siliguri (Nearest Airport of Darjeeling).
By Train : Famous train “Darjeelling Mail” departure from kolkata Sealdah, and others express trains are connected from all major railway station of the country.
By Bus : Many Luxury and Private bus are also connected via Kolkata – Siliguri Routes, to reach in Darjeeling.

Holiday in Darjeeling has always been filled with a fusion of the unique Gorkha culture and the natural ambiance. The town overlooking the snow capped high hills..I never leave the chance if got to visit this beautiful place..Lovely sharing….
