2. Bomras Restaurant, Goa

The mud walls and floor of with the bamboo seating arrangement give this Burmese eatery a very elegant decor. The place serves authentic Burmese cuisines that are to some extent inspired by the Thai and Chinese delicacies. The most recommended of all the dishes out here are the beet salad that is served with cucumber, Tea Leaf Burmese Salad, and the pork pomelo. A resto-bar in Saligao has reinvented itself to be a more sophisticated avatar of its previous self. The restaurant is downstairs while the lounge bar is upstairs. The menu is absolutely simple yet classy with Greek Pastry Filo and mustard fish as its most favored delicacy.
